RESONANT ATLAS POLICIES

Terms

Effective Date: September 14, 2026 · Jurisdiction: Delaware, United States

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Resonant Atlas ("Resonant Atlas", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Resonant Atlas website and our custom song creation services.

By placing an order, submitting personal stories, or approving lyrics on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Studio Services & Ordering Process

Resonant Atlas creates personalized musical gifts crafted from memories, stories, and preferences provided by our customers. Our process operates in three distinct phases:

  1. Story Submission & Lyric Drafting: You submit your memories, recipient details, and sound preferences. Our studio generates a custom lyric draft tailored to your input.
  2. Customer Review & Approval: You review the lyric draft. You are free to edit your answers and request revisions before payment. You are under no financial obligation until you approve the lyric draft.
  3. Audio Production & Delivery: Once you approve your lyrics and complete payment, production begins on your finished song.

3. Production & Quality Disclosure

Your lyrics are drafted with AI from the details you provide. You can read and revise them before approving production.

Listen to the samples before ordering to check whether the sound suits your gift. Review names, memories, and wording in your lyric draft before approving it.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

Finished personalized songs are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. The delivery package includes a downloadable MP3 file and a Google Drive backup link.

Typical turnaround time is 30 minutes to 2 hours following payment confirmation. Every order is backed by our 24-Hour Delivery Guarantee (see our Refund Policy for details).

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
