Licensing

1. Customer Content & Story Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership of all personal stories, memories, poems, inside jokes, and photographs you supply to Resonant Atlas. You grant Resonant Atlas only the limited, temporary license necessary to process your story and produce your requested audio files.

2. Personal Gifting License

Upon full payment, Resonant Atlas grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to:

• Download, play, copy, and archive your finished personalized audio file on any personal device.
• Gift the song physically or digitally to your recipient.
• Share the song on personal social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) for non-commercial personal celebration.
• Play the song at private events, weddings, birthday parties, and family gatherings.

3. Commercial & Business Songs

If you purchase a song for business, marketing, event promotion, or podcast use (via our Business option), you receive a full commercial synchronization license permitting use in advertising, brand content, and public marketing campaigns.

4. Restrictions

You may not re-sell the raw music track as a stock audio file, register copyright claims over the underlying musical composition in a manner that restricts Resonant Atlas, or use the composition for defamatory, unlawful, or hateful purposes.
